SOCCER TIP

Doing regular juggles with both feet is good but doesn't enhance your control and touch on the ball as much as other types of juggling does. A method of juggling I use which prove effective on the pitch for me is punting the ball as high up in the air as possible, and then controlling it with my head, chest, thigh, or foot before the ball hits the ground. Another method I use is punting the ball as far downfield and high up in the air as possible, run down to it before it hits the ground, and control it using any part of my body. Great players like Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Paul Pogba, use these method and it proves effective on the pitch.
